Emily Bett Rickards (born July 24 on the 24th of July, 1992) is an actress from Canada. She has portrayed Felicity in The CW Television Series Arrow. Rickards born and raised within British Columbia, is Canadian. To begin her career, Rickards began performing in musical theater and dance with the intention of eventually being able to introduce more professional acting.
